At CampNest, we serve adventure enthusiasts who value quality, reliability, and the great outdoors. Our products are designed for campers who demand durable tents (from 2-man to 3-man), comfortable sleeping solutions (air beds, sleeping mats), and essential accessories (bivvy bags, tent pegs).

2. User Responsibilities

When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate information and keep login details secure. You’re responsible for all activities under your account.

2.2 Lawful Use

You must not:

3.1 Product Descriptions

We take care to accurately describe our camping gear, including:

While we aim for precision, minor variations may occur. Product images are representative but may differ slightly from actual items.

All items are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after ordering, we’ll notify you promptly and offer alternatives or a refund.

3.3 Service Area

We currently ship to most international destinations except Asia and select remote areas. During checkout, you’ll see if we deliver to your location.

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse orders at our discretion.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends/holidays).

5.2 Shipping Options

• Standard Shipping: £12.95 via DHL/FedEx (10-15 business days after dispatch)
• Free Shipping: Orders over £50 via EMS (15-25 business days after dispatch)

Delivery times may vary slightly for international destinations.

5.3 Delivery Responsibilities

Once shipped, you become responsible for the goods. Please inspect deliveries immediately and report any damage within 48 hours.

6. Returns & Refunds

6.1 Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery, provided:

• Items are unused with original packaging and tags
• Proof of purchase is provided
• Non-returnable items haven’t been opened/used (air beds, thermal mattresses, unpacked bivvy bags)

6.2 Return Process

2. Wait for return approval (within 2 business days)
3. Repack items securely with all accessories

6.3 Refunds

Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after inspection, issued to your original payment method. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return results from our error.

6.4 International Returns

Customers outside the UK are responsible for return shipping costs. Mark packages as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges. We recommend tracked shipping (DHL/FedEx).

7. Intellectual Property
