Shipping Information

Order Processing & Delivery Times

Processing Time: 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)

Shipping Options:

  • Standard Shipping: £12.95 via DHL or FedEx – Delivery within 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over £50 via EMS – Delivery within 15-25 business days after dispatch

Note: Delivery times may vary slightly for international destinations (excluding Asia and select remote areas).

Our Hassle-Free Returns Policy

We stand behind our gear as firmly as we stand beside our fellow outdoor enthusiasts. If your purchase doesn’t meet your expectations, our straightforward returns process has you covered.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns accepted within 15 days of receiving your order
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging with all tags attached
  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Air beds and thermal air mattresses (if opened/used)
  • Foam sleeping mats (unless factory sealed)
  • Bivvy bags that have been unpacked from original packaging

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact Us: Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return within 15 days of delivery
  2. Wait for Approval: Our gear experts will review your request and send return instructions within 2 business days
  3. Package Securely: Repack items in original packaging with all accessories (tent pegs, stuff sacks, etc.)
  4. Ship Back: Send to our outdoor hub at:

  5. Receive Refund: Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund

Exchange Process

Need a different tent size or sleeping mat? Follow the same steps as returns, but specify you’d like an exchange. We’ll:

  • Hold your refund until we receive the original item
  • Ship the replacement immediately if available (otherwise we’ll notify you of lead time)
  • Cover standard shipping costs for the replacement item

Refund Information

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days for inspection
  • Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)
  • Timeline: 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

International Returns

For our global adventurers (excluding Asia and select remote areas):

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility
  • Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges
  • We recommend using tracked shipping (DHL/FedEx) for safe return
