How do I choose between a 2-man and 3-man tent?
Our 2-man tents are perfect for solo campers who want extra space or couples who prefer a cozy setup. 3-man tents offer more room for two people plus gear, or comfortable accommodation for three campers. Consider your group size and how much gear you’ll store inside.
Are your thermal air mattresses suitable for cold weather camping?
Absolutely! Our thermal air mattresses are specifically designed to provide insulation from cold ground temperatures, making them ideal for camping in cooler conditions. They’ve been tested in the rugged Scottish wilderness to ensure performance.

Ordering & Account Questions

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal for your convenience.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
You may request order changes or cancellation within 2 hours of placing your order by emailing us at [email protected]. After this period, as we process orders quickly for adventure-ready service, changes may not be possible.
Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you can checkout as a guest. However, creating an account lets you track orders more easily and may provide access to future promotions.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship from and to?
All orders are carefully packed and dispatched from our base in Inverness, Scotland. We ship globally to most international destinations, excluding some remote areas in Asia and other select locations.
What are my shipping options?

We offer two reliable shipping methods:

Standard Shipping (£12.95): Via DHL or FedEx, arriving 10-15 days after dispatch with full tracking.

Free Shipping: Available on orders over £50 via EMS, arriving 15-25 days after dispatch.

How long does order processing take?
We process orders within 1-2 business days because we know adventure can’t wait! You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your gear leaves our base.
Why might my delivery take longer than estimated?
While we use premium carriers, delivery times may vary slightly depending on customs processing in your country. We recommend ordering well before your trip date to account for any unexpected delays.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We stand behind our gear with a 15-day return policy from the date of delivery. If your equipment doesn’t meet your expectations, contact us to initiate a return.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or was incorrect due to our error.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Once we receive your returned item, we’ll process your refund within 5 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider.
